This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

Halyra™ is the regenerative-actives business of the Moleculeon Group. We supply active ingredients to clinics, brands and manufacturers internationally. We are the party responsible for the information described here.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quotation form:

• Your name
• Your company or clinic name
• Your work email address
• Your country or market, if you give it
• The outcome you are working toward, and any notes you add

We do not ask for and do not want personal health information, patient records, or anything confidential to your business. Please do not send it.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry. That means replying to you, preparing samples, specifications and a Certificate of Analysis, and quoting a price. If a conversation goes further, to manage the commercial relationship that follows.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us, and where a supply relationship begins, the performance of a contract.

Who sees it

Our commercial and technical staff, and the service providers that make the website and our email work. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages.

Where it goes

We and our service providers operate internationally, so your enquiry may be handled outside your own country. Where information about people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place for such transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for up to two years, so we recognise you if you come back. Where a commercial relationship begins, records are kept for as long as that relationship lasts and afterwards for the period our accounting and tax obligations require.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we use analytics, we use a privacy-preserving, cookie-free service that reports aggregate traffic only and does not build a profile of you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. You can also object to direct marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these, write to us using the address on your correspondence with us, or through the quotation form. We will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
